- Project manager and trainer in the EU Leonardo da Vinci training programme for Industry - Research Liaison Officers (ILO's)
- Implementing and executing system for new knowledge-based entrepreneurship at University campus; operational founder of so-called TOP-programme
- Co-founder of the Technology Group Twente; a group of appr. 100 new knowledge-based companies with a strong relationship with the University of Twente;
- Consultant in several science park schemes all over Europe; EK SPRINT programme, appr. 10 assignments in UK, Spain, Germany, Ireland, Portugal, Central European countries;
- Development and execution of training programmes for incubators and science park managers; creation of programmes in several countries in Latin America, participation as a consultant and a lecturer in UK, Russia, Central Europe and Australia;
- European coordinator of Columbus Innovation Consortium (CIC); CIC is an exchange programme between European and Latin American universities under CRE, which mainly focusses on technology transfer and exchange of know-how on new business start-up programmes and on regional development.
