USOC, University Spin-Off Companies

Objectives

The objective is working out a training programme for trainees, starting technology oriented spin-off companies and promoting the understanding of their responsibilities, in harmony with the enterprise's technological development and competitiveness.

So, trainees starting their own businesses should accompany a business idea from its conception to its introduction onto the market. A training scheme for university spin-off companies has to be developed, quite independently of the respective position of professional status of the interested parties.

The project should preferably result in a comprehensive concept for a training scheme for trainees.
