A project to realise new companies based on ideas from (bigger) industries in essence consists of three steps:

• Tracing of these ideas.
• Valorisation Matching these ideas with the entrepreneurs and support through a.o. proto-typing, facilities, know-how and market support. (spin-off) ideas with market potential within big companies or institutes.
• Incubation.

 

Results

This spin-off concept has been successfully executed for a group of businesses or big R&D-driven companies like for instant DSM (Project "in company campus") in a number of regions in the Netherlands. For various reasons such as restructing the organisation or innovation activities sometimes big R&D-driven organisations are interested to execute a tracing activity within their organisation.
